1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or interacting with the Komodo Mine ($KOMINE) website (komodomine.com), mobile applications (Android APK, Google Play, iOS App Store), or related smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and uninstall any client software.
2. Location-Based Gaming & Physical Safety
Komodo Mine is an active Proof-of-Walk mobile game requiring physical outdoor movement to detect localized Geohash nodes (~153m) and mineral veins within a 5-meter proximity threshold.
Safety First & Zero Trespassing Notice:
• You agree to never play or interact with the game while operating motor vehicles, bicycles, or heavy equipment.
• You must remain alert to your physical surroundings, obstacles, traffic, and pedestrian hazards at all times.
• You are strictly prohibited from trespassing on private property, entering military zones, active train tracks, construction sites, or hazardous physical areas.
• Komodo Mine developers and contributors bear zero liability for any personal injury, property damage, or legal infractions caused by your physical conduct.
3. Strict Anti-Cheat & GPS Spoofing Policy
To preserve the economic fairness and integrity of the dual-holder ecosystem, Komodo Mine enforces military-grade sensor fusion and cryptographic telemetry:
- Mock Location & Spoofer Apps: The use of Fake GPS Joystick, Fly GPS, developer option mock locations, or rooted LSPosed/Xposed location hooks is strictly forbidden.
- Sensor Fusion Verification: Real-world motion must match pedometer step frequency and accelerometer dead-reckoning vectors. Teleportation or impossible velocity (>30 km/h sustained) triggers automated bans.
- Botting & Multi-Accounting: Scripting, automated farming syndicates, and headless emulator farms are prohibited.
- Penalties: Violators will face immediate cryptographic blacklisting, total forfeiture and burning of un-swapped in-game ore balances, and revocation of staked Landlord territories.
4. Nature of $KOMINE & Cryptocurrency Volatility
$KOMINE is an SPL utility and entertainment token on the Solana blockchain.
- $KOMINE does not represent shares, equity, debt, or security instruments in any corporate entity.
- Cryptocurrency assets are subject to extreme market volatility. Participation in mining, token swaps, or DEX liquidity allocation is done at your sole financial discretion and risk.
- No communication by the Komodo Mine team constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
5. 80/20 Upgrade Deflation & Staking Escrow Vault
All equipment upgrades (Pickaxes Level 1 to 3, Radar sensors) require burning $KOMINE. 80% of tokens are incinerated permanently on-chain, while 20% are routed to the Dev Treasury warm wallet. Token burns and blockchain transactions are non-reversible. Capital allocated to the Landlord Staking Escrow Vault is subject to smart contract locking protocols.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Komodo Mine project, its contributors, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, blockchain RPC outages, wallet security lapses, or loss of digital assets.
